This website is based on the Glorious Hinduism blog developed by Aarsh Shroff. Aarsh started documenting the Mahabharata in 2013 when he was eight years old. At that time, the TV series Mahabharat was airing on Star Plus. When he watched this series, he became increasingly interested in the Mahabharata, the greatest epic of all time. He started doing his own independent research and learned more and more.
As Aarsh explored the Mahabharata, he became interested in other aspects of Hinduism as well. His research steadily advanced, and he started reading the Puranas and Hindu scriptures themselves to find more accurate information. Although reading the scriptures is difficult due to their complexity and potentially conflicting information, he slowly became more skilled at research. Finally, when he was ten, he decided to create his own website to regularly post his research.
This website is designed for anyone interested in learning more about the Mahabharata. It is maintained by Aarsh along with other volunteer contributors. If you are interested in contributing, or have any other questions or comments, please contact us at mahabharata@represent.org.
